Jessie is a litigator with experience assisting clients in a wide range of industries, including banking, mortgage lending, trucking, home appliance, construction, and insurance. He seeks out creative, aggressive strategies to maximize his clients' chances of success, and has obtained favorable results for clients through both traditional trial practice and alternative dispute resolution.

Representative engagements include:

• Several engagements representing a national trucking company
      in accident cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries;
• Successful representation of a national appliance manufacturer
      in product liability litigation involving issues of carbon monoxide
      poisoning and mold sickness;
• Successful representation of a national manufacturer providing
      products to law enforcement in multiple product liability lawsuits
      involving complex issues of medical causation requiring
      aggressive use of expert witnesses;
• Successful representation of a financial institution in
      various disputes, including construction disputes with
      general contractors, lender liability disputes
      with borrowers, among others;
• Successful representation of a pharmaceutical company in a complex
      advertising dispute with a competitor; and
• Successful representation of an employer in an employee fraud
      matter involving nearly a million dollars in
      misappropriated funds.
