Since 2003, Dawn has represented clients involved in civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast. She has developed a civil litigation practice representing businesses of all sizes, insurance carriers and individuals. As a result, Dawn has experience in a wide variety of litigation including, but not limited to, cases involving personal injuries, real property disputes, product liability, employment law, motor vehicle accidents, business disputes, premises liability, and professional malpractice. Dawn also routinely represents clients involved in toxic tort and environmental litigation and advises clients regarding environmental regulatory compliance. Dawn has obtained favorable results for clients at trial as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. She also has obtained numerous favorable settlements on behalf of her clients.
