Austin focuses his practice in the areas of business and commercial law including the transactions and litigation related thereto. He has experience dealing with contract disputes, business torts, noncompete agreements, banking and financial matters, construction law, and residential and commercial landlord-tenant law. Austin had advised numerous clients through all stages of corporate planning, formation and governance. He also regularly assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, powers of attorney and other devices designed to protect a client's assets.
