Andy is an experienced litigator with areas of expertise in trucking accident litigation, aviation accident litigation, personal injury litigation, product liability litigation, tort law and commercial litigation. Andy has tried over 20 cases to verdict. He was named one of the 2007 "Legal Elite" for Top North Carolina Lawyers under the age of 40.
Andy has spoken at several CLE seminars on various topics such as expert testimony, cross-examination and defending trucking industry clients. Andy was the Chair of the Young Lawyers Disaster Legal Services Committee of the North Carolina Bar from 2004 to 2007.
